We ship our products out via USPS. We use Media Mail, First Class, and Priority Mail. Orders take between 1-2 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) to process and ship out from the purchase date.

If you’ve received an item that has been damaged in transit, please email us a clear picture of the damage to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving it and we’ll send out a replacement.
