What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship our products out via USPS. We use Media Mail, First Class, and Priority Mail. Orders take between 1-2 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) to process and ship out from the purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders incur a location-based shipping charge. Orders take between 1-2 business days (non-holidays/non-weekends) to process and ship out from the purchase date.

 

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept all manor of payments. Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Diner's Club as well as PayPal and Amazon payments. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay is also available.

 

My item arrived damaged. Now what?

If you’ve received an item that has been damaged in transit, please email us a clear picture of the damage to: info@hellorevival.com within 15 days of receiving it and we’ll send out a replacement.

 

Do you accept returns/offer refunds?
